Freeze-dried food for hiking

Pearl barley complemented with hearty pork will help restore your energy and give you vigor for new adventures, as well as ensure a long-lasting feeling of satiety.

Pearl barley consists of barley grains that have been hulled and polished. Unlike traditional barley groats, they are much smaller, lighter in color, and faster to cook. Barley is one of the oldest grains grown in the Latvian region and has traditionally been the main source of carbohydrates in our diet.

Pearl barley is rich in fiber, carbohydrates, and minerals and contains almost all the biologically active nutrients necessary for the human body. It is an excellent source of fiber and contains about ten times more fiber per serving than rice.
