The Ceļotājs loyalty card provides special discounts, offers, and loyalty bonuses.
What benefits does the Ceļotājs loyalty card provide?
The Ceļotājs loyalty card is our store's customer card, with which you will receive at least a 10% discount on full-price purchases*, and customer days are also regularly held, when there are special discounts with the customer card.
The loyalty card can be used:
- At the Ceļotājs store in Riga, Brīvības 155/4
- At the Fjallraven store in Riga, K.Barona iela 7/9
- At the Veikalscelotajs.lv online store
How to use the loyalty card in the Ceļotājs online store?
To use the loyalty card discount in the online store, you must enter your loyalty card number, which you will receive by email, in the "Discount code" field before checkout.
With the loyalty card, we also offer additional discounts to certain groups of society (valid only in physical stores upon presentation of relevant documents):
For soldiers and national guards
15% discount on all full-price items* upon presentation of a service ID.
For honored families with a 3+ card
15% discount on all full-price items* upon presentation of the 3+ card.
For seniors
15% discount on full-price items* upon presentation of a pensioner's ID.
*Are there any product groups to which discounts do not apply?
Yes, discounts do not apply to the following products:
- when purchasing gift cards (when shopping with a gift card, discounts are applied in the same way as when shopping with a card or cash)
- goods from certain Latvian manufacturers (this is because we offer Latvian manufacturer products with the lowest possible markup. Latvian manufacturers: MilCoffee, Modern Nomad, and GMT Beauty.
Is the card electronic?
Yes.
How quickly will the card be active after purchase?
The loyalty card purchase is processed like any other order (within 24 hours if the order is placed on a business day before 12:00 PM).
