Lightweight water filter
The QuickDraw Micro-Filter System draws on decades of experience in filtration and hydration to provide adventurers with the best water bottle experience available on the market.
The easy-to-use system consists of two parts: the durable and tasteless 1L QuickDraw reservoir and the hollow fiber filter cartridge. Weighing only 100 grams and filtering up to 3 liters per minute , the QuickDraw system provides quick and easy access to clean water on any adventure.
Premium Reservoir : Made from Platypus ' proprietary 3-layer film , the 1L QuickDraw Reservoir is tasteless, durable, and features a wide opening and handle for easy refilling from any water source.
Ultra-fast flow rates : The hollow fiber cartridge filter filters up to 3L per minute at normal extrusion pressure.
Simple, effective cleaning: To clean the filter, you can shake it or rinse it. It does not require any tools. Regular cleaning ensures that filtration flow rates will remain consistently fast. *Before long-term storage, disinfect the filter with water to which chlorine has been added - squeeze 1 liter of chlorinated water through the filter and screw the filter with a cap.
Advantages of hollow fibers : Hundreds of tiny hollow fibers allow the microfilter to filter water faster than traditional filter materials.
Effective : Each microfilter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for filtering out 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa*.
*This includes Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella and Cholera.
Build your own system : In addition to the included bottle, the I/O dual-thread design allows the filter cartridge to be screwed onto other bottles, such as QuickDraw Reservoir, smartwater® bottles, Platy Hoser™ Reservoir, Platy 2.0L Bottle, Platy SoftBottle ™, Platy Water tank, Evian water bottle and other 28mm PET lemonade/water bottles.
