If for some reason you want to cancel the Traveler in the online store (www.veikalscelotajs.lv) purchased goods, You have the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

The time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal counts from the day of receipt of the goods.

1. How to cancel an order?

To cancel the product, use any of the cancellation methods that are most convenient for you :

• In response to your order confirmation email.
• By writing a message to celotajs@veikalscelotajs.lv with the order number and the product to be returned.

You may complete and submit the opt-out form attached below, but this is optional.

2. We will refund the amount you paid for the purchase (excluding additional delivery costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day when we received the product back and made sure of its compliance with the return the conditions mentioned in clause 7 of these regulations.

Please note that we have the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid until we have received the returned item and verified that it complies with the return policy. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used to pay for the product.

3. You must send the goods back or hand them over to SIA "Vesspo", Brīvības iela 155, Riga, LV-1012 without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline.

You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods The product can be returned or exchanged free in the Traveler store 155 Brīvības Street, Riga, LV-1012. Parcel costs - according to the price list of parcels, but the maximum cost, if the product cannot be sent back by parcel, could be up to 15 EUR for the courier service).

You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods are used for other purposes than to establish the type, characteristics and performance of these goods. The product can be used for testing purposes to the extent that it would be possible to do so in the store .

4. You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the product , if the product is used for a purpose other than to clarify the nature, properties and operation of the product.

5. To return the product, it must be in its original packaging, unused (except for clarifying its properties and characteristics to the extent that it would be possible to do this in a physical store), with labels intact . You must provide suitable additional packaging to the original packaging so that the goods and their original packaging would not be damaged or lost while transporting. For example, the shoe box should be wrapped in polyethylene film so that the shoes cannot fall out during transport and the shoe box cannot get wet.

• Household chemicals goods – equipment care products, insect repellents, aerosols, diffusers, ski waxes and other ski treatment products, as well as other similar products;
• Medical goods - first aid kits, plasters and other similar goods;
• Personal hygiene accessories - earplugs, sanitary napkins, toothbrushes, combs and other similar goods;
• Socks ;
• Underwear ;
• Food products - drinks, sports drinks and gels and other similar products;
• stationery , books - pens, notebooks and other similar goods;
• Toys, games ;
• Gift cards.
