Already have a water bottle and need a water filter? The DayCap in-bottle filter fits wide-necked water bottles such as Nalgene®, Hydro Flask® and Yeti® Yonder™.

The removable filter uses the same hollow fiber technology as Platypus' award-winning filter systems to filter water safely and quickly. Just by gently sucking water through the spout, the speed of the filter allows you to drink like from a normal bottle.

Effective : Each microfilter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for filtering out 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa*.
*This includes Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella and Cholera.

The DayCap water filter is made of the highest quality materials. Durable cap with loop for easy hanging and carrying. The spout is designed to optimize flow and provide a natural drinking experience.

The filter is removable and only the cap can be used.

The easy-to-use cap consists of two parts: a removable hollow fiber filter cartridge and a DayCap cap. The DauCap cap can also be used without a filter cartridge.

Ultra-fast flow rates : The hollow fiber cartridge filter filters up to 1L per minute

Easy, effective cleaning: If the flow starts to slow down, simply shake the bottle with the attached DayCap cap and filter to clean it and restore the flow rate.

Regular cleaning ensures that the filtration flow will remain consistently fast.

*Before long-term storage, disinfect the filter with water to which chlorine has been added - squeeze 1 liter of chlorinated water through the filter and close the filter with a cap.
