The Makalu FC AS carbon trekking poles with extended handles are especially convenient in situations with changing slopes. Simply move your hand down the handles to maintain balance.
The AntiShock system reduces the load on the joints.
The 5-segment poles provide a very compact size. The combination of carbon and aluminum materials provides an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The lower section of the pole, which is exposed to the most stress, is made of aluminum and the upper sections are made of carbon.
