Portable water filter
The QuickDraw microfilter system draws on decades of experience in filtration and hydration to provide adventurers with the best user experience using widely available water bottles.
The easy-to-use system consists of two parts: a durable and taste-free QuickDraw reservoir and a hollow-fiber filter cartridge. Weighing only 130 grams and filtering up to 3 liters per minute, the QuickDraw system provides fast and easy access to clean water on any adventure.
Premium reservoir: Made from Platypus' proprietary three-layer film, the 1L QuickDraw reservoir is taste-free, durable, and features a wide opening and handle that make it easy to fill from any water source.
Ultra-fast flow rates: The hollow-fiber cartridge filter filters up to 3L per minute with normal squeeze pressure.
Simple, effective cleaning: To clean the filter, you can shake it or backflush it. No tools are required. Regular cleaning ensures that filtration flow rates remain consistently fast. *Before long-term storage, disinfect the filter with chlorinated water - push 1 liter of chlorinated water through the filter and cap it.
Hollow-fiber advantages: Hundreds of tiny hollow fibers allow the microfilter to filter water faster than traditional filter materials.
Effective: Each microfilter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for the removal of 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa*.
*This includes Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella, and Cholera.
Build your system: In addition to the included bottle, the I/O dual-thread design allows the filter cartridge to be screwed onto other bottles, such as a QuickDraw reservoir, smartwater® bottles, a Platy Hoser™ reservoir, a Platy 2.0L bottle, Platy SoftBottle™, a Platy water tank, an Evian water bottle, and other 28mm PET soda/water bottles.
