Mosquito repellent with 40% DEET

Since 1990, Bushman insect repellents have been protecting outdoor professionals, athletes, and travelers from bloodsuckers. With up to 13 hours of protection from a single application, Bushman DEET 40% stands out for its very long-lasting effect.

Suitable for both tropical regions (malaria, dengue, yellow fever) and European areas. DEET is an abbreviation for N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide (or N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide). Effective not only against biting insects but also against ticks. The product should be applied to exposed skin.

Instructions for use and warnings:

This product should be used by adults and children from 12 years of age only once per day. The product is not intended for use by children under 12 years of age. Adults and children from 12 years of age should apply only to small, exposed parts of the body, such as hands, ankles, feet, upper arms, neck, etc. Avoid treating excessively large areas of skin. The product should be sprayed onto the skin from a distance of approximately 20 cm until the skin is lightly damp. Do not apply directly to the face. If necessary, spray onto hands and then apply to the face. Do not use on damaged skin.

Frequency of use: once daily. Maximum protection duration up to 5 hours.
Recommended amount: 0.67 mg of DEET per cm² of skin (equivalent to 1.7 mg of product per cm² of skin or 60 cm² of skin = 1 spray). Maximum amount for adults – 8 sprays per day.
Do not spray towards breathing areas (mouth, nose, etc.) and avoid the simultaneous use of other products (e.g., creams, sunscreens).

For children aged 12–18: use only once daily, on small areas of the body (e.g., forearms or legs). Maximum 3 sprays per day.
