Stand against a wall or other 90-degree vertical plane on the floor with your full weight, heel touching the wall/plane. (See image)
Mark where the thumb ends.
Measure both feet . If your feet are different sizes, choose the larger foot size when sizing.

VJ orienteering shoes only have a couple of mm of clearance, so if you want the shoe to be looser in the toe, choose a size up.

The VJ Intergrator has long been a popular shoe among orienteers. From beginners to world champions. The Integrator 19 shoe model includes some new features that make the shoe even more durable, efficient and comfortable to use.

The Integrator 19 orienteering model has been improved and has a rounder toe with a little more room for the toes. The midsole is made of highly responsive CMEVA material , which offers agile and responsive steps for orienteers on challenging trails. The new Integrator also features torsional stiffness support integrated into the midsole. This increases the responsiveness of the shoe, especially when running on inclines.

The upper of the shoe is made of durable nylon mesh, and to further improve the durability of the shoe, critical wear points are reinforced with individual reinforcements. The nylon mesh upper does not absorb water or stretch , so it stays light and fits perfectly throughout your run. The new "racing" tongue and the updated lighter Fitlock system make the shoe ideal for orienteering.
