- Stand against a wall or other 90-degree vertical plane on the floor with your full weight, heel touching the wall/plane. (See image)
- Mark where the thumb ends.
- Measure both feet . If your feet are different sizes, choose the larger foot size when sizing.
- Choose the shoe size based on the table.
