Bushman insect repellents have been protecting outdoor professionals, athletes and travelers from bloodsuckers since 1990. With up to 13 hours of protection after a single application, Bushman DEET 40% stands out for its very long-lasting effect.

Suitable for both tropical regions (malaria, dengue, yellow fever) and European areas. DEET is an abbreviation of N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide (or N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide). Effective not only against stinging insects, but also against ticks. The product should be applied to exposed skin.

Instructions for use and warnings:

This product should be used by adults and children over 12 years of age only once a day. The product is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. Adults and children over 12 years of age should only be used on small, exposed areas of the body, such as the hands, ankles, feet, upper arms, neck, etc. Avoid treating too large a surface area of ​​the skin. The product should be sprayed onto the skin from a distance of approximately 20 cm until the skin is slightly damp. Do not apply directly to the face. If necessary, spray onto hands and then apply to face. Do not use on broken skin.

Frequency of use: 1 time per day. Maximum duration of protection up to 5 hours.
Recommended amount: 0.67 mg DEET per cm² of skin (equivalent to 1.7 mg of product per cm² of skin or 60 cm² of skin = 1 spray). Maximum amount for adults: 8 sprays per day.
Do not spray on respiratory areas (mouth, nose, etc.) and avoid simultaneous use of other products (e.g. creams, sunscreens).

For children 12-18 years of age: use only once a day, on small areas of the body (e.g. forearms or legs). Maximum 3 puffs per day.
