Important : the extra space needed in front of the toes is already factored into the dimensions. 
Important! Measure both feet , as most people have one foot larger than the other. Your shoe size is determined using the longer of the two measurements.
How to measure your foot size correctly
You will need: socks, a sheet of paper, a ruler and a pen
Place the sheet of paper on the floor pressed against the wall.
Put on the socks you normally wear in this type of shoe.
Place your foot on the paper, making sure you are standing straight and the heel is pressed against the wall.
Draw a line across the farthest point of the fingers.
Using a ruler, measure the length of your foot according to the paper from the back of the heel to the line across the longest toe.
Repeat for the other foot. Be sure to use the longer of the two measurements to calculate your shoe size!

The special insole provides insulation down to -15°C. It reflects the cold away from the feet and helps retain heat where it is needed. In addition, the thermally insulating and breathable Gore-Tex Partelana lining prevents water from entering and keeps your feet dry even during intense exercise. The Vibram sole tread is optimized for cold temperatures.
