How to measure your top size

Neck (1)

Circumference of the neck, so that the measuring tape freely encircles the neck.

Chest (2)

Chest circumference at widest point. Hands relaxed and down by the sides.

Arm length (3)

Measure from the back of the neck to the shoulder, from the shoulder to the elbow, and from the elbow to the hand.

How to measure your pants size

Waist (1)

Circumference of the narrowest part of the waist

Hips (2)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure the circumference of your hips at the widest part
