Measurement steps

Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface (such as a wall).

Stand on the page , with your heel touching the wall.

Wrap your foot (a friend or family member can help).

Mark the longest point (usually the big toe) and the back of the heel.

Measure the distance between the two points in centimeters.

Repeat with the other leg – use the larger measurement.
Choose size
Compare the length in cm with the "CM" column in the table to find your On Running size.
Example : If the foot length is 25.5 cm, the recommended size is EU 40 / UK 6.5 / US 8.5 .
