Arms relaxed and lowered to the sides.
Sleeve length (2)

Waist circumference at the narrowest point,
Hips (5)
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure your hips at their widest point.
Inner beam length (6)
Measurements refer to body dimensions, not clothing sizes.
If your measurements are between two sizes, choose a larger size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
We offer several Fjällräven trouser models with different inseam lengths. Please see the specific product page for available sizes and inseam lengths.
For all other pants that do not specify inseam length, we follow the men's long size standard.
