Waist circumference at the narrowest point,
Hips (5)
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure your hips at their widest point.
Inner beam length (6)
Measurements refer to body dimensions, not clothing sizes.
If your measurements are between two sizes, choose a larger size for a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter fit.

The Fjällräven Bergtagen 60 Insulation Jacket is a lightweight, packable, and weather-resistant men's jacket for mountaineering, hiking, and other mountain activities. Made from recycled Pertex® polyester and insulated with PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation with P.U.R.E. Technology, it provides reliable warmth even in damp conditions. The jacket can be worn as an outer layer or under a shell jacket.
