Zigmārs Zandersons – technical manager and helmsman of the Antarctic expedition – will share exciting stories about sailing and introduce how a careful plan for large expeditions is created. He will introduce the technical nuances of the sport of sailing, wind, wave power and the importance of the team on the water.
Ice: The Lure of Antarctica
Julia Zanderson, expedition leader and author of the idea, will introduce you to the mysterious world of Antarctica! You will hear about the extreme conditions, the expanses of ice, and the unique feeling of standing at the edge of the world – where stories begin that inspire and remain in your memory for a lifetime.
Wildlife: Nature's Lens
Julia will also reveal the behind-the-scenes of wildlife photography – how to capture shots that combine the grandeur of nature and the majestic presence of animals. From penguins to whales and bird colonies – adventures where every picture becomes a unique story.
