All five stages of the "Run Winter 2024/2025" season have concluded, which this season has been full of exciting competitions, challenges, and unforgettable adventures.
We would especially like to highlight the participants of the Veikals Ceļotājs hiking distance, who have bravely completed the Noskrien Ziemu kilometers this year, enjoying the pleasant route and exploring the surroundings by walking/Nordic walking instead of running. It is a great opportunity not only for runners, but also for those looking for adventure in nature.
All five stages ended with a solemn award ceremony, where the best participants of each distance were honored. Those who won the highest places were presented with awards and prizes from supporters, but anyone could also participate in a raffle for valuable prizes. However, "Run Winter" is not only about winning, but also about participating and achieving new personal records. Each participant is a real winner, because they have successfully overcome winter challenges and improved their physical fitness. Those who participated in several stages had the opportunity to get their own RUN WINTER medal, which is decorated with Kaspars Daugavins' signature. Although this season has ended, we are already starting to plan for next year! We invite all interested parties to follow the information about next year's stages and be ready for new adventures.
